Each year, your organization will need to renew its registration. We keep track of all the due dates, submit all available extensions on your behalf, and complete all of the renewal forms. We keep up with the states on any law changes, form changes, or fee changes. Renewals are categorized three different ways:
- Fiscal Year End Due Date - The majority of renewals are based on your organization’s fiscal year-end.
- Anniversary Due Date - The renewal date is set 1 year from the date your organization was initially registered.
- State Set Due Date: A handful of states require the renewal to be submitted by the same date each year, regardless of the fiscal year-end.
